1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DentFixr (“Company,” “Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform as a Technician / Service Provider.
By registering or using DentFixr as a Technician, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship (IMPORTANT)
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are an independent contractor (subcontractor)
- You are NOT an employee, agent, partner, or representative of DentFixr
- You are responsible for your own:
- Work schedule
- Tools and equipment
- Service delivery
Tax Classification
- You will be classified as a 1099 independent contractor under U.S. tax law
- You are NOT a W-2 employee
- DentFixr will not withhold taxes, Social Security, Medicare, or other payroll deductions
- You are solely responsible for:
- Federal, state, and local taxes
- Business licenses and insurance
DentFixr may issue a Form 1099-NEC where applicable.
3. Platform Role
DentFixr provides a digital marketplace that connects Technicians with customers seeking dent repair services.
- We do not control how you perform your work
- We do not guarantee job volume or earnings
- You are free to accept or reject service requests
4. Eligibility & Onboarding
To register as a Technician, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide valid identification and accurate personal/business information
- Possess required skills, tools, and experience
- Maintain necessary licenses (if required by law)
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove Technician accounts.
5. Service Obligations
As a Technician, you agree to:
- Provide professional and high-quality repair services
- Accurately represent your skills and experience
- Honor confirmed bookings
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Comply with all applicable laws and safety standards
6. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
- You may provide estimates or quotes based on customer requests
- Final pricing must be transparent and fair
- Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe
DentFixr may:
- Deduct platform/service fees
- Facilitate payouts to your designated account
You are responsible for:
- Reporting your income
- Managing your financial obligations
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- You must clearly communicate your cancellation policies
- Refunds should be handled fairly and professionally
- DentFixr may intervene in disputes but is not obligated to resolve them
8. Conduct & Professional Standards
You agree to:
- Treat customers respectfully
- Avoid fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe practices
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
DentFixr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct.
9. Ratings & Reviews
- Customers may leave ratings and reviews
- DentFixr may monitor feedback for quality control
- Repeated poor performance may result in removal from the Platform
10. Insurance & Liability
You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage (e.g., liability insurance)
- DentFixr is not responsible for damages caused during your services
11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content remains the property of DentFixr.
You may not:
- Copy or misuse platform materials
- Use DentFixr branding without permission
12. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose:
- Customer personal data
- Platform business information
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of:
- Continuous availability
- Job opportunities
- Earnings potential
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:
DentFixr shall not be liable for:
- Loss of income or business
- Customer disputes
- Indirect or consequential damages
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify DentFixr against:
- Claims arising from your services
- Violations of law or these Terms
- Customer disputes
16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Disputes may be resolved through:
- Negotiation
- Arbitration (if applicable)
17. Termination
DentFixr may:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Remove your access to the Platform
For violations, misconduct, or business reasons.
18. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User,” “Customer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Platform Role & Service Disclaimer
DentFixr is a technology-enabled marketplace that connects vehicle owners with independent dent repair technicians (“Technicians”).
- DentFixr does not provide repair services directly
- Technicians are independent contractors, not employees or agents of DentFixr
- DentFixr does not guarantee service quality, timelines, or results
You acknowledge that any agreement for repair services is solely between you and the Technician.
3. Eligibility & User Obligations
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent vehicle condition
- Use the Platform for fraudulent or abusive purposes
- Interfere with system functionality or security
4. Account Registration & Security
You may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Accept full responsibility for activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
5. Service Requests, Quotes & Booking
- Users may submit repair requests including vehicle details and images
- Technicians may provide quotes based on submitted information
- All quotes are estimates only and may change after inspection
- Booking confirmations are subject to Technician availability
DentFixr does not guarantee acceptance of any request.
6. Pricing & Payments
- Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe
- DentFixr may charge service or platform fees
- You agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes
DentFixr is not responsible for:
- Payment disputes
- Unauthorized transactions due to user negligence
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
- Cancellation policies are determined by individual Technicians
- Refund eligibility depends on Technician terms
- DentFixr may assist but does not guarantee refunds
8. Customer Conduct
You agree to:
- Provide safe access to your vehicle
- Communicate respectfully with Technicians
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
Any abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior may result in account termination.
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including:
- Logos
- Designs
- Software
- Text and graphics
are the exclusive property of DentFixr and protected under U.S. intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
10. User-Generated Content
By submitting content (e.g., photos, reviews), you grant DentFixr a:
- Non-exclusive
- Royalty-free
- Worldwide license
to use, display, and distribute such content for operational and promotional purposes.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate third-party services, including:
- Payment gateways (e.g., Stripe)
- Analytics tools
- Hosting providers
DentFixr is not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
DentFixr makes no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy of quotes
- Availability of Technicians
- Service outcomes
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law:
DentFixr shall not be liable for:

- Vehicle damage caused by Technicians
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DentFixr from:
- Claims arising from your misuse of the Platform
- Violations of these Terms
- Disputes with Technicians
